Row 1. SC in the second CH from the hook and the next 29 ST. (30 SC) CH 1 and turn.
Row 2. SC in the back loops only, of the next 29 ST. SC in the last ST.(30 SC) CH 1 and turn.
Row 3-64. Repeat Row 2.
You must now crochet the sides of your work together with SL ST. In order to form a pipe.
Chest Warmer
Turn your work right side out, without breaking the yarn.
You must now work your ST into the edge of your rib-rows.
Round 1. HDC into the edge of the first Row of your ribbed edge, and the next 6 rows. *HDC 2 in the next ST. HDC in next 7 ST.*Repeat from *-*across the row. You will have a total of 8 increases in round 1. (72 ST) SL ST into the first ST of the round. CH 1.
